An order placed at www.nyfortuna.dk is binding for both parties.
After placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at the email address you specified.
Nyfortuna accepts payment by Dankort / VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and JCB. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the product is shipped to you.
Card fees are not charged.
All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner. Prices for silver, platinum, jewellery, etc. include VAT. Investment gold is exempt from VAT, so VAT is not added to investment gold items over 1gm.
Nyfortuna uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card information using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. This ensures that your information cannot be intercepted.
Payment by cash is possible at our physical shops; note, however, that cash payments are only accepted up to 50,000 DKK, to comply with the Danish Money Laundering Act.
For bank transfers, payment for products ordered must be made to Nyfortuna on the same day as the order is placed. If payment is not received by the next business day, the order will be cancelled.
Please include your order number in the transfer notes when making your payment.

If you choose direct bank transfer, you will be unable to contest the transaction. However, if you have any regrets about your order, made a typo while ordering, etc., we do have a 14-day right to withdraw, and we will be happy to refund your money.
Nyfortuna ships on all business days. Shipping takes 2 to 4 days.
After your payment is received in Nyfortuna’s account, the products you ordered will be shipped in accordance with the agreed-upon shipping time. You will receive an email from the courier you select with your tracking number once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. Once the courier has received your parcel for delivery, you will be able to check the status of your order and see where your parcel is.
Note that your tracking number will be sent by the courier you selected. It may take a few hours from the time you receive the tracking number before you can see where your parcel is located.
If shipping is delayed unexpectedly, Nyfortuna will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
Products ordered and paid for by bank transfer or card, to be picked up in one of our shops, will be released only after a valid photo ID is shown. The ID must belong to the person whose name is on the bank account from which funds were withdrawn for payment. If you paid by card, you must also bring the card that was used to complete the purchase.
To ensure that our customers personally receive and sign off on the shipped products, orders will be sent as ‘valuable shipments’, which you must sign for at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed with Nyfortuna.
Only LMBA-approved bars will be shipped; the producer and appearance may vary from those shown in the image.
The displayed shipping costs apply to shipping of parcels within Denmark.
Right to complain
You have a right to complain within 2 years, in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to material and/or manufacturing defects.
It does not apply to defects or damages incurred by improper use of the product/service.
Contact us before shipping the item.
If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted, depending on your particular situation.
Nyfortuna will cover return shipping costs within reason. The product must always be packed appropriately when it is returned. Remember to request a receipt for your shipment so that we can cover your shipping costs.

Nyfortuna shall not be held liable for the parcel until it has been delivered and signed for. Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.
If reimbursement is agreed upon, we ask that you send us your bank information so that we can transfer the amount to you.
Right to withdraw
In general, investment gold and other precious metals are exempt from the right to withdraw, since the prices of these products depend on their value on the market. However, we want you to have the best terms possible when you shop with us. For this reason, we nonetheless offer a right to withdraw.
For products purchased from our online shop, there is a 14-day full right to return.
This period begins on the day you receive your order.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We recommend that all returns be sent at least as registered mail, or ideally as a ‘valuable parcel’ (værdipost in Danish). The associated cost is expected to be no more than 150 DKK. Nyfortuna shall not be held liable for the parcel until Nyfortuna has received it. Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.
If you wish to exercise the right to withdraw, you must notify us no later than 14 days after your purchase; you must then return the shipment no later than 14 days from that time.
Notify us by email to email@example.com. In your message, clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it together with your return. You can find it here.
Condition of returned products
When exercising your right to withdraw, the product’s seal must be intact. If the packaging has been opened, you may not withdraw from your purchase. Of course, you may still sell the precious metal for its current daily price.
To be refunded the entire amount of your purchase, the seal must not have been broken or otherwise damaged.
For other products, if the value of the product has diminished due to your use of the product in a manner other than that which may be necessary to establish the nature of the product and its function, you may only be refunded a portion of the purchase price. The amount you may be refunded depends on the product’s commercial value. In some cases, you may only be refunded shipping costs.
Refunding of the purchase amount
If you exercise your right to withdraw, your money will be refunded. If the value of the product has diminished, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (this does not, however, apply to extra shipping costs if you chose a shipping option other than the least expensive option offered), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your message indicating that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw.
We will refund your money to the same payment method as was used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold this payment until we receive the product from you, unless you provide us with documentation of your return.
Nyfortuna registers and stores information about its customers in accordance with applicable regulations, and for Nyfortuna to be able to contact its customers regarding an order.
Nyfortuna does not forward or sell customer information to third parties.
Promotions and offers
Promotions and offers cannot be combined with other offers, special rates/prices, or other similar offers, such as our price guarantee, seasonal promotions, etc.

Personal data policy
When you shop with us, we require the following information:
Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
We register and forward the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the product to you. For this reason, your shipping information will be transferred to the courier you select, PostNord or GLS.
Your personal information will be registered with GM Retail ApS and stored for five years, after which time the information will be deleted.
We also work with a number of other businesses that store and process data. These businesses exclusively process information on our behalf, and may not use the information for their own purposes.
We work only with data processors in the EU or other countries that can sufficiently protect your information.
The data controller for nyfortuna.dk is GM Retail ApS.
You have the right to be informed of the information concerning you which we process.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request this. This may be the case if, for example, your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose it was to be used for.
